All sales are final. Once hair has been tampered with such as bleaching knots, cutting lace, dyeing the hair etc. any sort of inconvenience will be out of our control.
HAIR ON HAND
“Hair on hand” is for pick up only . When picking up hair on hand. Your asked to checkout your hair before departing off. Once you confirm it’s ok all sales are final.
PROCESSING /SHIPPING TIME
Allow up to 1-3 business days for processing time to receive a confirmation number. 8-10 business days to receive your tracking number. 12 - 13 total business days to receive your package. You will have the option to pick up your order if your located in New York City or have it shipped out to you it’s (optional)
When it’s holiday season or when a sale occurs delays may happen and we have no control over delays. Delays may occur with the mail carriers as well. Please be patient your order will definitely get to you as soon as possible. Please be sure if you have any major plans such as vacations, birthdays etc to order at an appropriate time to receive your order when it’s needed or wanted. If not you can always check to see if hair is on hand. Also remember not to rely hair being on hand. Hair sells fast or we may not have your desired look.
SHIPPING
When ordering online once your giving a tracking number and package gets with the mail carrier. Everything is considered out of our hands. We will in force any issue to the mail carriers if so but we will have no control on the outcome. Upon delivery signature is required for package
You will have the option to pick up your order if your in New York City or have it shipped out to you once we receive your order. Please be sure to state pickup option when checking out. Once you’ve agreed to your options. No changes can be made.
billing & shipping address must have matching accurate information to complete a successful order fulfillment. If not your order will not be fulfilled. Your order will be canceled & refunded.
